Bank News FRAUD ALERT! Bank customers are reporting receiving calls concerning their debit cards. This has been an automated phone call appearing to be from the Louisiana Debit Card Protection Group. The customer is asked to provide their card number as well as expiration date and card verification code (CVC) on the back. These phone calls are fraudulent. Do NOT provide any information regarding your account to the caller. This is a scam to collect your account information. If you receive a text stating your Visa Card has been suspended, do not click on the link. This is another scam. No one from Citizens Bank & Trust Co. will contact you to request your account information. If you have received a phone call and provided information to the caller, contact CB&T at once to report the incident.
