Bank News Phishing Alert! If you receive an e-mail from Citizens Bank & Trust stating that your Internet Banking account has been disabled or locked, it is a phishing attempt to obtain your username, password, and other secure information. CB&T has not issued this e-mail. The e-mail states that in order to gain access to your online account you must click on a link within the email. DO NOT CLICK ON THIS LINK! This message was not sent by CB&T. Citizens Bank & Trust Co. will never request your username or password. If you have Online Banking with our institution and have locked yourself out, you must contact the bank or use the "forgot password" function on our website. You will not be contacted by CB&T for information regarding access to your account.
